We have comfortable single and double cabins (20 in all) available with all the amenities perfect for family reunions, weekend getaways, or that special time together your family will be talking about for years to come. Our shelter house makes an ideal spot for cookouts, parties and more.
We’re not primitive and we’re not ritzy — we are comfortably in between those two. Our prices are great too! Our cabins are clean and area offers so much for the whole family to enjoy, including hiking and horseback riding, fishing and swimming, Native American history, state parks, and many other local attractions.
If you like nature and camping or are just looking for a place to kick back and relax, you will love our little village, where the family dog is always welcome.

Frequently Asked Questions – Lazy H. Cabin Rentals
Are your cabins secluded?
All 20 cabins are within walking distance of each other. If there is a certain cabin you prefer you may request it at the time of your reservation.
Do you have weekly, monthly or seasonal rates?
Yes and we will be glad to quote these rates on an individual basis since there are many factors to consider such as number of people, pets, time of year, etc.
Do you allow tent camping?
At this time we do not offer tent camping.
What are check in and check out times?
Check in is 2 pm – 5 pm unless you make other arrangements at the time of your reservation. Check out is 11:00 am.
Do any of the cabins have hot tubs, television or fire places?
No and they do not have telephones. Some of our guests bring their own TV with DVD or VCR.
What is your pet policy?
Your pet must be kept on a leash. Owner must use a poop scoop. You must not leave pet unattended for long periods of time. The pet fee is $10 a night per pet. If you are attending a dog seminar in our area the fee is adjusted on an individual basis when you make your reservations. No cats, please. Owner will be charged for damage to cabin or cabin furnishings caused by pets.
What if we want to have visitors while we are renting a cabin?
We ask that you keep the number of visitors to a minimum. They must park in the parking lot and not at your cabin or in the grass.
They must leave by 9 pm promptly.
They must follow all rules as you will be held responsible for their actions. We absolutely will not tolerate the renting of one cabin and hold a family reunion.
We will be glad to have you hold your family reunion here by renting several cabins or the entire facility.
We must enforce this policy to ensure other guests are not disturbed by large get-togethers.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need to bring your own towels, wash cloths, toiletries, dishes, coffee filters, charcoal, etc. We will provide the linens on the beds but not the futons. We offer firewood for sale and every cabin has its own fire ring and charcoal grill.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 30 day advance cancellation notice prior to your arrival date.
Can we access the horse trails from the cabins?
A very short ride on Old 50 will get you on the trails from the cabins. The road is not busy with traffic.
Do you rent horses?
No. We have stalls available for rent so you can bring your horse.
